Residential Villa Project
Phase 1– Project Overview
The success story of villa project began with a dream, transforming a villa aged approximately 25 to 30 years into a modern living space that carries the soul of both tradition and contemporary design. We carefully listened to the client’s aspirations, especially his deep appreciation for heritage and natural elements.
Throughout the project, we focused on preserving the villa’s original identity while reviving both its interior and exterior spaces. A new swimming pool was added, and the façades were redesigned without altering the existing openings.
The villa featured unique vintage elements such as natural marble mashrabiya (latticework) and a hand-carved wooden staircase banister. These distinctive pieces gave the property a special character, while also presenting a creative challenge in blending the old with the new seamlessly.
Phase Two – Conceptual Design and Layout Planning
We reconfigured the layout with careful attention to fulfilling both the family’s functional needs and the client’s personal vision
Men’s Reception Area
The design drew inspiration from traditional Moroccan architecture, highlighted by intricate ornamental details and a warm, inviting color palette
Women’s Reception Room
The space features open circular seating layouts, carefully designed to foster a warm, welcoming, and sociable ambiance.
Dining Room
The room’s focal point is a naturally preserved tree trunk, which adds a distinctive organic touch and reinforces the home’s connection to nature.
A variety of indoor plants were added throughout the space to complement the natural ambiance, adding a sense of balance, freshness, and visual beauty.
Phase 3 – From Design to Reality Focusing on the Finest Details
Spanning an entire year, the project was brought to life with precision and care. To create a distinctive atmosphere across all areas, we incorporated design elements sourced from various countries, blending cultures and craftsmanship into every detail.
Several furniture items were specially crafted in Turkey, featuring innovative modern mechanisms designed to elevate both comfort and usability.
The space featured a luxuriously designed master bedroom, complemented by a beautifully integrated and cohesive family living area.
The area featured a practical, everyday kitchen alongside two modern-designed bedrooms, blending functionality with sleek aesthetics.
Crafted from high-quality farlandi wood, the pieces combine lasting durability with timeless aesthetic appeal.
Imported from Italy, it adds a touch of elegance and highlights the luxurious attention to detail throughout the project.
The chairs and wooden furniture pieces were meticulously hand-carved in Egypt, showcasing traditional craftsmanship and intricate detailing.
Phase 4 – Embracing Modern Technology and Creative Innovations

A fully integrated smart home system was introduced, offering complete control over lighting, window treatments, and other functions. By blending cutting-edge technology with traditional architectural elements, we achieved a perfect balance between heritage aesthetics and modern convenience.
Phase 5 – Completion, Handover, and Project Success
In just one year, we transformed the client’s dream into reality — crafting a home that embodies his passion for Arabic poetry and the beauty of nature, resulting in a space that truly mirrors his character and way of life. Through strong collaboration and shared vision, this project has evolved into an architectural gem, harmoniously combining tradition, natural elegance, and contemporary design.
